Founding beta · version 6 September 2026

Simple rules for testing safely

These are the conditions for an invited founding tester to install or use a TenDan beta. Product-specific release notes and safety limits also apply. If the tester does not agree, the software should not be installed or activated.

01

Free preview, not a sale

Founding access is provided at no charge during the proof-of-concept phase. There is no purchase, subscription, promise of continued service or entitlement to a future paid edition.

02

One tester, one installation

Your key is personal and may be activated on one installation. Do not share, publish, resell, reverse engineer or redistribute the key, token, software package or source. TenDan may reset a legitimate replacement device or revoke misused access.

03

Simulation first

Use only the account type and NinjaTrader version named in the release notes. Founding builds must be tested in Sim101 or Playback before any other use. Execution Guard remains simulation-only; no action-enabled build is part of this beta.

04

Pre-release software

The software may be incomplete, contain defects, change without notice or stop working. Back up your workspace, follow the install and rollback notes, and independently verify anything shown by TenDan against NinjaTrader and your broker.

05

No advice or protection guarantee

TenDan is an operational aid, not a broker, financial adviser, signal service or risk guarantee. You remain responsible for every trading decision, order, connection, account setting and loss.

06

Useful feedback

Testers may be asked for concise observations, screenshots or reproduction steps. Remove account numbers and other unnecessary personal information before sending evidence. TenDan may use feedback to improve its products without owing compensation.

07

Access and privacy

Online activation is required. The client must revalidate periodically and fails closed outside its short offline lease. TenDan may expire or revoke access for safety, abuse or programme changes. Data handling is described in the Privacy page.

Current public-release boundary: no NinjaTrader package should be sent to the community until that exact build has passed the stated Windows/NinjaTrader qualification gate. A key controls access; it does not prove product readiness.
