Privacy at TenDan
TenDan is in proof-of-concept phase. We collect only the information needed to run the founding list, choose testers, control beta access and learn whether the products are useful. We also use website analytics to understand visits and improve page performance.
What we collect
The founding form stores your first name, email address, optional phone number, product interests, consent time and consent wording version, and submission timestamps.
If you receive beta access, we also store the product, a non-reversible hash of the key, activation status, an opaque installation-ID hash, qualified client version and package fingerprint, accepted beta-terms version and time, check times, expiry or revocation state, and limited security/audit records. The installation ID is randomly created by the software; it is not a hardware serial number or device fingerprint.
What the access system does not collect
The licence endpoints do not ask for broker passwords, trading-platform passwords, payment details, government identifiers, hardware serial numbers, trading account numbers, positions, orders or trade history. Product telemetry and crash reporting are not enabled in the current founding build.
Website analytics
We use Cloudflare Web Analytics on this website, including for visitors in the EU. Its browser script measures page views, visits and page performance. We review aggregate reports such as referring websites, countries, browsers and device types to understand how the website is used and where it needs improvement.
This website measurement is separate from the beta software and does not enable product telemetry or crash reporting. We do not send founding-form entries, access keys or trading records to Web Analytics. Read more in Cloudflare’s Web Analytics documentation.
How we use the information
We use it to manage preview invitations and single-installation access, provide support, ask for product feedback, protect the beta from automated abuse, maintain an operational audit trail and decide what to build next. We do not sell contact details.
Where it is kept
The website and its structured records use OpenAI Sites and Cloudflare infrastructure. Access keys and activation tokens are stored only as keyed cryptographic hashes. Full keys are shown to the administrator once at issue time; full activation tokens are returned to the authorised client and are not retained in the database.
Retention and your choices
We retain founding and beta records while the proof of concept is active and for as long as needed to operate, secure and evaluate it. You can ask to see, correct or remove personal information using the form on this page. We verify control of the email address before releasing or changing records so another person cannot make the request for you.
Changes
We will update the date and wording if collection or product behaviour changes materially. A later commercial launch will require a fresh review of this policy and the applicable business, consumer and data-protection obligations.
